Engagement, in life as well as business! Rita has taken the fundamentals of sociology, combined them with music and drama, and created a very unique twist on why engagement and social interaction (including social media) is the over-arching remedy...for a conflicting corporate culture, a negative organizational behavior, turnover and leadership. As a former executive in the corporate world, Rita understands the limitations leaders face.
