Rita has taken the fundamentals of sociology, combined them with music and drama, and created a very unique twist on why engagement and social interaction (including social media) is the over-arching remedy...for a conflicting corporate culture, a negative organizational behavior, turnover and leadership. As a former executive in the corporate world, Rita understands the limitations leaders face. She helps leaders understand that discipline doesn’t have to be negative and that leadership can always be positive…even in negative situations!

In the world of daily change, not much remains the same, and yet, stability is the hope of almost every employee. Businesses are faced with leadership decisions continuously, many times because they are not able to efficiently evaluate and hire leaders that can lead people into engagement and maturity. With the present employee turnover, today more than ever, we need leaders who not only know what they are doing, but who are willing to be lifelong students, constantly learning new and effective ways to lead.
