Knowing some relaxation techniques are absolutely vital in today's world!  We face stressful situations every day.  We can either absorb the pain and let it build, explode immediately and lose the job, friend or status...or...we can learn how to dissolve that stress before it even has a chance to take root.  This is not always easy, but it is always possible.  Understanding the mechanics of relaxation can save you time, money, health, status, friends and family.  Although it is just a choice, sometimes that choice is like a salmon swimming upstream!  This class will teach you how to recognize when stress is heading toward you, and will teach you how to recoup when stress has blindsided you and you are in the throws of it.  The great thing about relaxation is that you can do it no matter where you are.  Although there are some help aids, you can learn to relax anywhere, anytime.
