Fitness for life is not just losing weight, eating healthy and working out; fitness for life means that you develop a well-rounded lifestyle that allows you to walk in the maintainence of healthy living from the food you eat to the thoughts you think.  This is not a fad diet, not an exercise routine, not even a self-improvement course.  This class will start from the very basics of healthy living and travel the journey of helping you adapt your life into one of fitness that will reward you as long as there is breath in your body!
