Leadership is a precarious thing! Leadership that "drives the bus" will eventually wreck! Leadership
that keeps the gas tank full, the wheels greased and the map available, BUT, guides the associates to drive the bus will soar!
Are you a Theory Y or Theory X Leader? This generation won't tolerate Theory X although many generations up to now have had
no choice. The reason this is so frightening to most leaders is because in order to be a Theory Y leader, they must "get involved"
with their associates; they must serve their employees, just as vividly as they want their employees to serve their customers!
This is a frightful thing to a lofty executive who is accustomed to having the organization serve him/her! Want to know how
to accomplish this? I can tell you and show you. It's as simple as making every one of your employees feel important and valued,
but the process is not so simple! It's been talked about for years, but how many leaders do you know that are very successful
at making their associates feel important and valued?

written and interpersonal skills that rank at the very top. Her work is done professionally, prompt and at a level I
found outstanding! Rita is a true teacher. She has the ability to train and assist others in ways that work.
