I have difficulty swallowing pills and capsules; therefore, most of what I take is liquid and droppers, which Swanson has a large variety. Go to their site and type in “Liquid” and it will bring up all the liquid supplements they have. Or you can type in “liquid, zinc” (for example) and it will pull up liquid zinc. (Be aware, if you order liquid supplements other than the ones I have listed below, some of them are bitter….I learned this the hard way. These below are not bitter.) Each night I pour 4 ounces of spring water (or filtered water) in a jelly jar and add the following liquids: 2 tablespoons Vitamin C 1 Tablespoon Elderberry 1 dropper Selenium 1 dropper B-12 1 dropper Colloidal Silver 1 dropper Silica 1 dropper Quercetin 1 dropper Reishi Mushroom 1 Tablespoon Zinc (I get the large bottle of Cal/Mag/Zinc from Swanson). Put a lid on and shake till all is dissolved, then drink. This does not taste bad at all. Tastes like a weak fruit drink. *************** Mix 3 drops of Lugol’s Solution in 4 ounces of water, and gargle with it, then swallow. This is an iodine/iodide solution that kills germs in your mouth, throat and system.
