Corporate Culture is the sum of the values, traditions, and customs that make an organization unique.  These values are created over time and can span from the consistent flow of unified daily activity to the dysfunctional display of jealousy, discontent and back stabbing.  Once a culture is formed it is almost impossible to change it, and if it is to be changed, it takes much labor and considerable time.  There will be some who will leave in the process and the organization will experience a constant state of evolving into something new.  This class will simply explore some ideas of how corporate culture develops and how it might be changed.  The actual implementation of change will come with hands-on consultation on an individual business basis.
