Whether we want to admit it or not, it still is a man's world!  Women still get far less pay for doing the equal work of men...72 cents to every dollar. The feminist movement only created more pain and frustration for dedicated, hard-working women...I know, I lived it!  Just as men have qualities and assets because they are men, women have qualities and assets because they are women.  And I am not speaking of anything less than professional and respectful.  Trouble is, women do not know who they really are!  They keep trying to become more like men in this man's world rather than trying to become the fulfilled women they are supposed to be.  Women have beautiful roles that are theirs alone and the greatest success and fulfillment comes from being who you were meant to be!
