We all have experienced anger, whether it is simply being annoyed or full-fledged rage. Anger is a normal human reaction, but when it spirals out of control and becomes destructive, in any aspect, it is no longer a normal human reaction; there are much deeper problems. The danger can be for the one experiencing the anger as well as those around that person. Anger can even make you feel as if you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and over-powering emotion. Anger can be caused by both external and internal events. This class is for those who struggle with anger, bitterness, pain, hate, frustration, and for those who live with someone who experiences these things. We will explore the effects of these emotions, while offering understanding and suggestions for help. Understand, this class is Christian-based.
